Think it's best Colombo's place to stay. The property has a favourable location, near Talo Urban for 6 nights. It has a wide array of meals to offer, the food is good!

the hotel was nice, loved city view from our a double room. the room we had included cable channels, a refrigerator, and tea and coffee making facilities. easy location to the coffee shop-in house was a plus.

The room was spacious and modern, with a comfortable bed and cozy pillows. It also had convenient amenities like coffee/tea makers and a fridge. The hotel's central location made it near to everything.

One downside to this hotel is that there is only one staff member available at the desk, leading to longer wait times during check, ins and check, outs.

During my Xmas stay, the staff was really kind and helpful. The location was perfect, walking distance to many restaurants and shops. the modern room was really spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and big enough even for my husband who is quite tall.

My stay was not perfect since the breakfast staff at the café were really rude and unwelcoming. This made us avoid having our included breakfast there.

The breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of fresh options. the room service was prompt and the staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to help. What stood out the most were the thoughtful complementary facts that were offered during my stay. the location was ideal, centrally located and surrounded by shops and restaurants. it was a great experience.

Sadly, the water pressure in the shower was extremely low and the hot water was nonexistent. This definitely detracted from my overall experience as I was looking forward to a hot shower after a long day.

The staff at Pearl Royal Hotel were outstanding. They went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, especially considering the kitchen was under renovation. Despite that, they still managed to serve me a delicious breakfast. The room was also great, providing a comfortable and pleasant stay.

I experienced a lack of hot water in the bathroom. Additionally, the common lounge area was not well-maintained, with cigarette smells and dirtiness.
